Terms and Conditions – Threebuds Cleaning
By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
• Confirm via phone, email, SMS, or our online form
• Full payment required before service via cash, card, or bank transfer
• Quotes are based on initial condition; extra charges may apply if more time is needed
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
• $50 fee for cancellations within 24 hours
• $70 call-out fee if we can’t access the property
3. Bond Back Guarantee
• Property must be vacated and pre-vacuumed
• Power and water must be connected
• Exit report must be provided for re-clean
• One free return visit within 48 hours if required
4. Property Condition
• Must be empty and rubbish-free • Extra charges if cleaners must move items or clear space
5. Extra Charges
• May apply for:
• Heavily soiled areas
• Wall washing, extra storey, pest control
• Undisclosed issues
6. Limitations of Service
• We do not clean:
• Fabric blinds or curtains
• Outdoor areas (unless included)
• Surfaces requiring disassembly
• Hazardous material
7. Liability & Insurance
• Cleaners are insured
• Not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left behind
• Report any damages within 24 hours
8. Complaints & Re-cleaning
• Must be reported within 7 days
• Re-clean only offered if supported by exit report
• 7-day guarantee applies only if our team was at fault
